We had an ultrasound scan of the baby's head by 9 a.m. We arrived at 8:40 a.m., we thought we'd go upstairs right away, but they told us to stand in line to get a ticket, we probably stood and waited in line for 15 minutes, and the baby is one month old, has to eat every three hours, gets nervous when he's not at home. Then we went upstairs, at 5 minutes to five, we thought they would call us right away, since we were scheduled for 9 a.m., due to the fact that we have an infant. No, they called a man in turn. We stood waiting for more and went to the ultrasound specialist at 9:30. The ultrasound was done in 15-20 minutes, and we were already flying home quickly, the child in the taxi had already started crying, they flew home like a bullet and immediately started feeding. Therefore, if you are making an appointment at this clinic, then do not expect that you will come at the appointed time.

I took my mom here for a checkup. Everything would be fine, the service is good, there is no queue, but the level of specialists leaves much to be desired. Mom was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, newly diagnosed with a glucose index of 7.2. Of course, she was very surprised, because she often donates blood and has never been diagnosed with diabetes. Immediately after the examination, she re-donated blood in several clinics and the score was 4.6. There were other concomitant diagnoses that only a specific specialist can determine. Overall, a low score for a misdiagnosis. We came here because the prices for checkups are higher than in other clinics. I thought it was better if it was more expensive. But she was wrong. After all, people go there to accurately identify their diseases, and not to see incorrect diagnoses.

In the treatment room where they put ivs, there is not enough privacy for sick people who have come and want to retire and take a break from the noise, and there are nurses and the head nurse there, she probably commanded everything and shouted at all the staff, calling the nurses in a loud voice, it's not pleasant when you get a drip, you lie quietly and they chat about their personal topics in the treatment room, I think it's not professional for such a clinic, I've always had tests at this clinic, and this experience with an IV has ruined the whole impression of a good clinic and service. I wish curtains could be hung between patients so that men and women could lie relaxed and receive treatment. When I mentioned this suggestion, the head nurse says people come here quickly to get an IV and this is not a hospital, it's a pity that the drip method of treatment is treated so negligently and incompetently, as if people just get a drip.…

All conditions for the comfort of patients are created here, and the interior pleases with its aesthetics. Although the prices are slightly above average, they are fully justified by the quality of service and diagnostic accuracy. For example, in other clinics, the analysis may simply show the presence of bacteria, but here the result will indicate the specific name of the bacteria and their number. This is an important nuance that helps doctors prescribe the most effective treatment. I would like to express my special gratitude to gynecologist Bella Nikolaevna, nurse Svetlana and ultrasound technician Elena Sergeevna – real professionals who can be trusted! I went to other clinics several times and was disappointed each time because I had to retake all the tests here. Now I'm sure I made the right choice. I recommend the clinic to anyone who appreciates a high level of medicine and health care!

The system for recording patients for consultation is terrible. The chief physician of the defactum allergy center simply does not know how to communicate with clients. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They took money for a consultation, did not make an accurate diagnosis, they said that the diagnosis and treatment would be prescribed after the tests. They also require money for a second consultation. When asked why, the chief physician replies, "We are not a public clinic, but a private one, and we must earn money somehow."

Today we had an appointment with Nodirakhon Avazovna Abdullazhanova (UZD doctor), who, while examining my husband, spoke Uzbek (Uzbek husband), repeatedly asked me to speak Russian, because I do not speak Uzbek well, basically ignored my request and responded impolitely. Russian Russian was chosen by a private clinic where every doctor must speak Russian (N.A.Abdullazhanova speaks excellent Russian), unfortunately, she was disappointed in the attitude! Such doctors ruin the reputation of the clinic!

I was talking on speakerphone and making an appointment with a doctor, my friends were sitting next to me and they also noted that she was rude. My family also did the check-up, and the reception at the check-up was also rude. (they have two receptionists, the girls on the ground floor work perfectly, even under heavy load. And there are few people at the check-up reception, but the girls allow themselves rude behavior).

My experience of applying to the DeFactum clinic has left mixed impressions, and I would like to share a detailed review for those who plan to apply here. The first thing that pleased me was the convenient location of the clinic. I would especially like to note that conditions are provided here for people with disabilities — there is a convenient ramp for a wheelchair and automatic doors that conveniently open without unnecessary effort. This is an important factor for those who, like me, use a wheelchair. There is also an elevator that is roomy enough, I could easily move around the floors in a wheelchair. At the entrance, they immediately give out numbers for the queue, and although there was a slight delay at the reception, the girls quickly got their bearings and soon sent me to the specialist to whom I was enrolled. I am glad that the offices are quite spacious, and the wheelchair fits freely. The specialists I encountered seemed to me to be professionals in their field. However, there were some unpleasant moments. There was a misunderstanding on the X—ray - the woman who performed the procedure did not meet us very kindly. She immediately caused negative impressions, which, of course, did not add comfort. Subsequently, at another clinic, we were told that the description of the X-ray was completely incorrect and did not correspond to the essence of the study. They did an X-ray of the lungs, and in the description they wrote about arthritis of the hand and elbow joint.... It was frustrating, as I had to spend extra time and effort correcting this error. Another significant disadvantage was associated with the installation of the holter. On the day of the appointment for the procedure, the nurse suddenly informed me that I had to go to another branch. We arrived there, but, unfortunately, there were no facilities for the disabled like in the central office. The stairs without a ramp made access much more difficult, and it was only after we climbed the stairs in a wheelchair that we were told that there was still a folding ramp at the back exit, which they lowered me down after. However, this was not the end of the troubles either. We waited for an hour waiting for the halter strap that was about to arrive. When I was ready to install, the nurse suddenly informed me that the device was not working. This caused confusion and disappointment, as we had to urgently look for another clinic to install a halter. Nevertheless, the nurse tried to correct the situation and suggested where to go to complete the procedure, which slightly softened the overall impression. As a result, although the clinic has obvious advantages, such as convenience for people with disabilities and good specialists, some organizational aspects need to be improved. I hope that my feedback will be useful to those who are considering applying to DeFactum.

I came for an IV at 8 a.m.They said that ivs are put on only after taking tests from 10.30 am until lunch.It is strange that in such a large and modern clinic it is impossible to receive a service at any working time. We also consulted an orthopedist.The doctor's consultation went well, there are no complaints about the specialist, but the waiting time and the live queue are something. We waited in line for a paid reception for almost half a day.Why can't you make an appointment for a certain time in advance, possibly by prepayment, but avoid large crowds of queues and so that people can plan their day and calculate the time?

The clinic is very clean, the staff is polite. My 3-year-old child had to take blood tests for the first time (The blood volume is not small, because there were a lot of tests), we were very worried about how the baby would undergo the procedure. The treatment room is very comfortable and has everything you need, we asked to take blood through the butterfly and honey system.the sisters did everything in the best possible way. There were 2 nurses who do their work very well and communicate with the child at the same time (reading is very important) . My child sat quietly and watched as the blood was taken and at the end they stuck a baby patch on him. We were very satisfied. The results of all tests in due time. In this clinic, even very complex analyses are performed, which are not available in other laboratories.

We had an appointment with a pediatric gynecologist this morning. We are regular clients of the clinic. The situation was as follows: first, one child was enrolled, after which the reception staff asked to pay for the services at the ticket office. My wife immediately went to pay and literally a minute later returned back to the reception to register the second child. However, the receptionist told me to take the number again and wait in the general queue, despite the fact that the registration had not yet been completed. There were many coughing and sick children in the waiting room, as the main queue was for pediatricians. We came to a narrow specialist — a pediatric gynecologist — and absolutely did not want to once again expose the child to the risk of infection. The request to simply complete the recording of the second child was refused and answered: "Take a number and wait for your turn." Also, when the wife asked for the employee's first and last name and position to file a complaint, they refused to introduce themselves. Unfortunately, this is not the first case of unpleasant and inappropriate behavior on the part of the reception staff. Despite the fact that we always make an appointment in advance by phone, we regularly have to wait a long time for registration — regardless of whether we came with a healthy child or with a child with a fever. It is very unpleasant to face such an attitude, especially being regular clients of the clinic. We hope that the management will pay attention to the organization of the registry and the quality of patient care.

According to the coupons, absolutely no one knows how long the queue lasts, I've been sitting with toxicosis for two hours, the doctor works from 11:00 to 14:00 By the time 13:25, I had time to inspect only 3 and all the others were sitting, it was not clear how long to wait and whether it was worth waiting… The payment for the reception was withdrawn in the morning at 8:00 when I specially arrived and took a queue. I want to share a difficult but ultimately positive experience of visiting your center. I've been sick for three weeks now. During this time, I went to other clinics, spent about 2 million soums on medicines, poured a lot of medicines and IVs into myself, but I never recovered. I started looking for a qualified pulmonologist and realized that it was a great success to get to a good specialist in Tashkent. In Defactum, appointments with specialists are made by appointment or by first-come, first-served vouchers, of which there are only 5. I arrived at 7:40, but I didn't get the ticket anymore. The desperation was huge: where to go and how long can I be sick? I asked the reception with this question. Unfortunately, one of the employees rudely replied: "That's your problem, go wherever you want." Such an attitude in a moment of despair is very hurtful. Fortunately, the situation was saved by another girl at the reception. She was very supportive and helped me get to the appointment. Many thanks to her for her help and care! Separately, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Nadezhda Gennadievna Shklovets, a pulmonologist. He is a true professional, and such doctors are a blessing for the patient. I went through a check-up at the clinic, took a package for 6,800,000 After I passed the doctors, they ordered me to take tests, because I had to take tests in a cycle it took me a month, I come to the doctor on a check-up and they charge me 315 thousand for a consultation, the doctor is good - there are no complaints about her, but I don't understand why I had to do something else then they gave me a 35 thousand discount on the check-up, so the consultation costs 350 thousand, that is, in order for the doctor to prescribe the drug and look at the full picture again, I have to pay for it, next time I will not choose this clinic, I see no point just in it if you are healthy and you don't need to visit the doctors again, it's OK, but if they find something and you need to visit the doctor again, you'll have to pay for a new one, which I appreciate, they didn't give me a phone to send the finished results to telegram, although I asked, in general, I just lost money, nerves and time for make way! p.s. And at the initial appointment, the doctor also clarified that I do not need to pay again, everything is within the framework of the check-up examination.

I made an appointment with a gynecologist, Liya Luchenko, for the first time in my life I see such an arrogant and non-empathic specialist. I couldn't ask any questions, the communication was arrogant and cold. I interrupted her several times when I wanted to tell her. In the end, there was no desire to ask anything. Next, I complained about her, they said that this was not the first time and she had such a "manner of communication", they offered another specialist. By the way, everything went great with her (Gulnara Tashtanovna), I clarified all the points for myself.

But if you didn't make an appointment with a doctor in advance, it's a disaster. You can sit in a queue for forty minutes to the doctor and a person who has an appointment for this time will come and go to the doctor, this is very annoying (to put it mildly). The doctors are good.

My family and I took tests, my mother had blood taken with a venovisor and got into a vein the first time, but they were very thin and in other places they often just pierced and bruised.
