I bought a battery, drove for a year and that's it, the frost won't start. I couldn't get through to the warranty service, I called 20 times, they picked it up and dropped it a couple of times. When I arrived, we were standing and smoking on the street instead of being at our workplaces. A malfunction of the generator was detected, which I fixed, charged as they said. A month later, the situation repeated itself, and again there were more than 20 calls and no one answered. When I arrived, I saw one employee working and two employees sitting idle, who were "purple" on calls. They said that due to the malfunction that was, the electrolyte collapsed and this is not a warranty case. All I did was change the power regulator, which may have failed before I applied for the first time. I'll also say: do not buy ultra batteries, they are defective from me or a friend after a year. And while I was at the service center, I saw another person bring the same battery.

There is a joke with a guarantee. If the electrolyte has become cloudy, then this is not a warranty case. So, the seller took a sample from the first cell 7 times until he shook the electrolyte. Naturally, he did it, and my battery is not under warranty. No more footsteps towards them. The battery lasted a year, as a result of improper use (vibration and undercharging). The seller himself confirmed that the car does not charge, but maintains the battery charge, and vibration could be on our roads.
