Good afternoon, I want to leave a review on the world instrument company, in particular about their tool service. Incompetent craftsmen are working on repairs, making diagnostics "as if they were guessing on cards". The deadlines were promised to be one, they were repaired twice as long, the spare parts are partially installed at their discretion (arguing that half of the spare parts that exist on the instrument may be old) they do it at their discretion without consulting the client, but they charge money as for the whole. The tool was repaired twice for the same reason. I do not recommend this service. You will get a lot of negative emotions.
