One of my favorite places, I always order shawarma there with delivery. 9 out of 10 times, the shawarma arrived juicy, warm, and did not fall apart, there was a lot of filling, both meat and everything else. Shawarma is really delicious, but there is one fat disadvantage: they regularly give out cold shawarma. 30.04.26 (18-18.46) ordered a classic standard, and with shrimp XXL. We arrived early, as soon as the chef put the shawarma on the grill, it was all in front of our eyes, the dispenser at the checkout even uncovered it, stupidly in a bag. I made a remark, in response with a grin, we have 270 temp on the grill, it is warmed up. As a result, it's stupidly slightly warm, barely.... So control your employees, that's where the blunder begins, and that's how it goes.
