We conducted a small training for our clients. Everything went great. We liked everything: 1. The event room itself for 25 people on our request, modern interior and table arrangement for the TV. As it was necessary that everyone could see the speaker and the presentation. 2. Buffet. Everything we ordered was very tasty and fresh. Especially the pastry. Better than any Kulikovsky... 3. And of course, the smile of the staff girl.

We came from Moscow on business and accidentally walked into this wonderful restaurant! And we are very glad that we have discovered a restaurant of this level! Delicious rolls, delicious manti, magical grilled salad with veal! And the dessert is just bombastic! Everything is very tasty! We were in vip-1 booth on 11/08/25. 1)Karaoke is not working, they said it broke down today. 2) We wanted to compensate for this by playing cards (simple games, without bets and money). However, the receptionist forbade it and took away the cards. 3) They asked to transfer to another booth where karaoke works, which was vacated. But they said that karaoke is not allowed after 23:00. 4) You wait 15-20 minutes for the official. And we waited about 45-55min for food. And we paid ~45k for the service (15% of 187K). We got very bad impressions from this place!

A very pleasant place, new, very stylish, judging by the ongoing renovation, the terrace will be opened by the summer. There are no questions about the kitchen, the serving, taste, portion size are on top. But the service is lame, you need to work with the staff, I think with a good selection of personnel you have a better future.

We came from Moscow to Shymkent on business and decided to go to the Fresca restaurant in the evening – and it was one of the best decisions! From the very first visit, we were captivated by the kitchen. The menu is very extensive, the selection is large, but the salads with veal and chicken are especially memorable. I never thought that zucchini in a salad could be so tender – they literally melt in your mouth! The meat is juicy, and the sauce perfectly complements the taste. And the rolls… We've tried them in different countries, but here they really surprised us. The rolls are large, they don't fall apart, and each piece feels separate. The taste is amazing – incredibly delicate and balanced. And what is especially pleasant is that there is no intense thirst after them, as is often the case in other places, which indicates the absence of flavor enhancers. I would like to mention the atmosphere separately. The interior is well–maintained, stylish, but not overloaded - the room is very comfortable. In addition to the common space, there are secluded cabins, which adds to the comfort. We liked the restaurant so much that we returned again, without the slightest doubt ordering other dishes – and were never disappointed. They really rely on natural ingredients and high-quality cooking. And, of course, the service and hospitality are at the highest level! It's a pity we're not here for long, because Fresca would definitely be our favorite place. If we find ourselves in Shymkent again, we will definitely come back!
