We often visit this place, the food is delicious, always hot, the waiters are polite and work fast enough. Of the cons : - we came in a couple of times and half of the menu was missing - we are never greeted at the entrance , I had to look for waiters to find out where we can sit. - on our last visit, a waiter girl served us, put plates on the floor , sat down at the table with us ( because she was tired ), addressed you , cursed , made inappropriate jokes and forgot to bring some items. It was the only time we were served, so there was an unpleasant aftertaste. As it is, everything is fine, I advise you to visit!

Well, I would like to work a little on serving, because when the borscht was brought, there was a feeling that either it was swinging around the plate when it was being carried, or it was casually poured (because the edges of the plate were in the borscht). But the taste of borscht was excellent, moderately sour, so the serving can be forgiven) but the waitress did not offer sour cream to the dumplings, this is a small minus. Overall, the place was not bad and the food was delicious)

It's a great place! Before visiting an institution called Pelmennaya, you expect to find yourself in an institution with a "near-Soviet" atmosphere and a choice of 5-6 types of dishes, however, this institution was pleasantly surprised by both the atmosphere (an institution with a rich history, pleasant interior, located in an old building) and the menu (a huge selection of dumplings and dumplings in various variations - boiled, fried, baked; a large number of other dishes). We decided to have dinner on 04.01.2026. We stopped by to reserve a table and check the availability of tinctures. We were told that there was only one of the tinctures, and they did not book tables. OK, we finished our walk, returned, were surprised by a couple of tables with "reserved" signs, but were pleased with the extensive menu with local flavor, selected dishes. When the waitress came to take the order, it turned out that "for technical reasons" they would not be able to prepare most of the menu. No pancakes, no pancakes, no soups. There are 3 types of dumplings and only in the boiled version, something from dumplings and croutons. Tinctures, by the way, were also not all available. In addition, we received our dumplings after the customers at the neighboring tables who came and placed orders later. And this is an establishment on a central pedestrian street with a rich history and a 5.0 rating? Are you serious? By the way, there was no Wi-Fi either. And for tourists from another country, this is an important point.

Dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms are also made with thin dough and lots of filling. The waiter, a young guy, was polite and friendly, served quickly, even quickly brought wine with ice. The list of drinks is not very diverse, but everyone can find it to their liking. The interior is pleasant, the toilet is clean. The price is adequate, we recommend it.

Generally fast serving, considering that the dishes needed to be baked and fried. It took about 15 minutes to arrive, but after an hour of our stay, the waiting time was announced to the guests for 40 minutes due to the tight fit 4. The presence of a veranda. In summer, it is especially pleasant to sit in the middle of the Soviet outdoors, rather than indoors. 5. I would like to mention the work of the staff separately - they are as interested and responsive as possible (I have something to compare them with), and the waiter Konstantin (who led our table) delighted my whole family. He cleaned everything he needed on time, came over to check if he liked everything, and also knew the menu perfectly, which is important in the work of a waiter. I didn't ask again, I memorized everything from the first pronunciation. The cafe with a nice cozy historical interior, judging by the reviews and the description on the menu, is the "successor" to the dumpling, which has been in the same place since 1961. There are tables inside and a veranda (unfortunately, it was empty because of the rain). The feed is fast enough. There are no questions about hot dishes! Sooo delicious. The draniki are probably the most delicious I've ever eaten in a restaurant. There were a couple of nuances: we were surprised by the price/quality ratio of the vegetable plate. The composition contains greens. When submitting it, we found out that they forgot to add it to us. They also forgot to take out the second portion of sour cream, but they didn't forget to punch it into the receipt, of course. It's not about 2 rubles at all… Overall, we were satisfied, but moments like not putting something in the dish and not taking out a portion of something... are quite a significant mistake.

Amazing delicious food! We ordered borscht with sour cream. It was served with bread, on which lard lies in such swirls, and 2 more cloves of garlic. The sight of it is already salivating! Very tasty! Then we ordered draniki, where can we go without them! The usual ones are with sour cream, mushrooms and meat. All three types of draniki were eaten with great pleasure. There were also dumplings with apple and cinnamon on the table - you dip them in sour cream and get high! Washed down with delicious tea! We ate so much that we could barely breathe, and we paid for all the pennies! The staff is pleasant and helpful, they lovingly wrapped everything they couldn't finish in containers, and they also wrote - have a nice evening! I was with my wife on 04/14/2025. the wedding anniversary. To be honest, it will be difficult to find a better place even in Minsk. If you have come to take a walk around the old town to see the sights and decide to relax, then you are definitely here. Food 5. Kitchen 5 .I have only seen such a speed of serving dishes in Minsk in VERY expensive restaurants. Staff, if possible, I will put 10, although it is possible and more.(We were with a bouquet of flowers and they immediately brought us a vase for them) The atmosphere is quiet and homely. Sorry for the digression, even the baby in the stroller was asleep in our presence. And it's worth a lot. In short, I super recommend it to everyone.

Great place! It doesn't look that remarkable, the sign is dumpling, but behind it lies not a noisy pub with a bar, but a cozy relaxing atmosphere. Good evening! There is a feeling of disappointment when visiting this institution. There are no complaints about the kitchen! Everything is very tasty!!! But the service left a solid negative. We ordered three beers for the dumplings. Five minutes later, the waitress came and apologetically said that there were only two beers left. And not 0.5, but only 0.33. we believed and agreed to this option. We were not allowed to buy our own, saying that it was against the rules of the institution. Although in my opinion it's not our fault that the establishment ran out of beer on a regular weekday (not even a day off). After about 15 minutes, the customers came and sat down at the next table. We placed an order. And they get..... 0.5 BEERS! To my question: "Girl, have you already had a beer delivered?"- the answer was: "No!" I have a question for the administration of the institution: "Who decides who and what to serve????" And in general, how to understand this situation???
