They took it: Baked chicken dumplings with DorBlu sauce are delicious, but I didn't notice DorBlu cheese in the sauce. Pork and beef dumplings are delicious, but sour cream needs to be ordered additionally. A plate of vegetables - I didn't read the description and expected fresh vegetables, but they brought me a salad of carrots, sauerkraut, and pickles. Great appetizer. The croutons are delicious, and the sauce goes great with the dumplings. Dumplings with cherries captured the heart - the dough is thin, and the filling is delicious. Dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms are also made with thin dough and lots of filling. The waiter, a young guy, was polite and friendly, served quickly, even quickly brought wine with ice. The list of drinks is not very diverse, but everyone can find it to their liking. The interior is pleasant, the toilet is clean. The price is adequate, we recommend it.

Well, I would like to work a little on serving, because when the borscht was brought, there was a feeling that either it was swinging around the plate when it was being carried, or it was casually poured (because the edges of the plate were in the borscht). But the taste of borscht was excellent, moderately sour, so the serving can be forgiven) but the waitress did not offer sour cream to the dumplings, this is a small minus. Overall, the place was not bad and the food was delicious)

We decided to have dinner on 04.01.2026. We stopped by to reserve a table and check the availability of tinctures. We were told that there was only one of the tinctures, and they did not book tables. OK, we finished our walk, returned, were surprised by a couple of tables with "reserved" signs, but were pleased with the extensive menu with local flavor, selected dishes. When the waitress came to take the order, it turned out that "for technical reasons" they would not be able to prepare most of the menu. No pancakes, no pancakes, no soups. There are 3 types of dumplings and only in the boiled version, something from dumplings and croutons. Tinctures, by the way, were also not all available. In addition, we received our dumplings after the customers at the neighboring tables who came and placed orders later. And this is an establishment on a central pedestrian street with a rich history and a 5.0 rating? Are you serious? By the way, there was no Wi-Fi either. And for tourists from another country, this is an important point.

We went to the dumpling shop, focusing on the reviews. We took borscht, baked dumplings and fried dumplings. I liked the dumplings - everything is very harmonious: soft meat, good dough consistency and fragrant sauce. The dumplings with poppy seeds were rather unusual, but there are no comments on them either. But the borscht made me sad.. completely tasteless. Perhaps it was calculated that it would be enriched by the taste of bacon and garlic, which are served with this dish. And here it's a solid "2".. it's impossible to even bite into the fat, let alone enjoy the overlap of flavors. Dried meat of the same degree of stringiness or age (( Garlic was generally surprised - two large whole cloves were added to the above sandwich of bread and bacon with meat. The guests at the next table did not lose their heads and crumbled it into a plate, perhaps thereby giving the borscht at least some flavor.. The neighbors had the same problems with bacon, and in order not to fight for every piece, it was simply put aside. I would like to say separately about the service. When loading into two tables, no one, including the receptionist, bothered to remove the empty plates from the first course, all those 30 minutes while we were waiting for dumplings and dumplings. At the same time, 7 (!) staff members passed by us, including a cook in an apron.. Apparently, on this day, the team was discussing the schedule for the next month, so concern was just in the air. Although, to be fair, I would like to note that the first greeting of the guests was very friendly. I also want to ask the chef a question: does it make sense to include in the menu a dish that is prepared for an hour in an empty hall?! I'm talking about the potato grandmother. At the next table, they wanted to order it, but the waiter honestly warned "is it convenient for you to wait an hour?.." and the guests refused. How long should I expect to wait if the gym is fully loaded?.. Well, about the prices.. considering all of the above, they simply do not correspond to the level of the institution.

Let it be small, but it is there) literally 4 positions to choose from, which are especially popular among children, the menu itself is in the form of coloring books, they give pencils so that the child can do something while waiting for the dishes. 3. Generally fast serving, considering that the dishes needed to be baked and fried. It took about 15 minutes to arrive, but after an hour of our stay, the waiting time was announced to the guests for 40 minutes due to the tight fit 4. The presence of a veranda. In summer, it is especially pleasant to sit in the middle of the Soviet outdoors, rather than indoors. 5. I would like to mention the work of the staff separately - they are as interested and responsive as possible (I have something to compare them with), and the waiter Konstantin (who led our table) delighted my whole family. He cleaned everything he needed on time, came over to check if he liked everything, and also knew the menu perfectly, which is important in the work of a waiter. I didn't ask again, I memorized everything from the first pronunciation. I will write separately about the disadvantages, but I will not underestimate them because of them, they are not too significant and did not spoil the overall impression. 1. There are no questions about hot dishes! Sooo delicious. The draniki are probably the most delicious I've ever eaten in a restaurant. There were a couple of nuances: we were surprised by the price/quality ratio of the vegetable plate. The composition contains greens. When submitting it, we found out that they forgot to add it to us. They also forgot to take out the second portion of sour cream, but they didn't forget to punch it into the receipt, of course. It's not about 2 rubles at all… Overall, we were satisfied, but moments like not putting something in the dish and not taking out a portion of something... are quite a significant mistake.

If you have come to take a walk around the old town to see the sights and decide to relax, then you are definitely here. Food 5. Kitchen 5 .I have only seen such a speed of serving dishes in Minsk in VERY expensive restaurants. I really liked everything, it was satisfying and sooooo delicious, I definitely recommend visiting this place. There are also many varieties of tinctures on the menu. My husband and I were absolutely delighted.
