The best hotel in my opinion in this place. Advantages: polite staff, green and well-groomed territory, large beautiful room, private beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and tents. A very clean dining room with food, like in kindergarten - delicious and healthy, watermelons and melons are sure in the evening! Cons: some requests at the reception need to wait for three days and go to remind, room cleaning is so-so, sand and ants underfoot. The food in the restaurant is disgusting, chase the cook in the neck. Steak, lagman, crispy eggplant- just awful, poisoned a couple of times, the prices are expensive. You can only eat what khachapuri and pizza are baked (pepperoni is only the name-ordinary sausage). Despite the disadvantages, we will definitely come again, since Alakol is beautiful, the heat is dry, it is well tolerated, the water is warm. People in moderation, no crush, like on the Black Sea. The local Arbat is a picturesque place, it's nice to walk in the evening, I liked the fried ice cream. I wish the owners prosperity and development, it is clear that a lot of funds have been invested!A competent manager and solve the problem with the kitchen in the restaurant, make the beach bar more cheerful and quite a competition with Turkey.

It's a great beach, but it's time to repair the buildings. It stinks from the toilets, plumbing leaks. But that's probably not it anymore, anything happens. More than that, it's the disregard of the administration and staff, who only start to stir when the owner arrives.
