I am going to the TS fitness since a week, and now I can tell that I finally found the one that fits me. I found all what I was looking for starting from pilates- stretching ending functional training to workout after long hour sitting at work. And it is good that TS fitness is located in the center of the city.

Great studio, they welcomed me very hospitably, told me everything in detail. There is an opportunity to try 3 different classes at a low cost. It so happened that I came in the afternoon and the recording of one person was canceled, but I had a workout, it turned out to be an individual Pilates) The coach is very pleasant, explains everything perfectly, it was very comfortable. Well, good repair, cleanliness and all the little things needed in the presence. Thank you for your studio.

The first time a friend advised me, I didn't know about this place yet, I decided to go to a trial session and I liked it so much, firstly, the very polite staff, secondly, the trainers are masters of their craft, after which you feel the whole body and want to return, thirdly, the most important thing is that you choose the time and type of fitness yourself, it is very convenient to sign up and if what if you cancel in three hours, then the visit doesn't burn out. Just a super clean locker room. We walk without shoes (we take them off at the entrance). They give us a towel, both facial and bath towels. There are shampoos, shower gel, and even air conditioning in the shower, which is very convenient and you don't need to bring along a change of shoes and suitable fitness clothes every time. they are located in the center, I am very pleased🔥🔥🔥🔥

The gym is always clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the coaches are attentive and professional. I would especially like to mention Ekaterina Kadalashvili and Ksenia Yutkina.
