They charge customers for doing nothing. Asked them for a refund of the insurance prize for the 5 yr credit repaid in less than a year, they refused to pay me back even half of it. I'll be updating after a fortnight when I get a refund.

An insurance company. There's always a queue, scandals, and delays in insurance payments. There's no way without it. There is a large communal parking nearby.
