Vibe was good but food wasnt. Received tea from broker teapot, kebab was raw and very chewy. Ordered a mushroom sauce but there was no mushroom taste at all from the sauce. We even asked the waiter to taste it and he agreed the sauce did not have any taste of mushroom. Staff was very friendly and clean place. Hope to see some improvement from the kitchen.

I don't know how to rate this chain in total. Some say it is good, some say not so much. For me it is just a place to eat fatty food with quality being different from one place to another (within the chain). Fish is ok, salads from grandma etc. I have been there once, perhaps there are other better places to visit. The staff is ok, there is a wide choice of salads, etc. Your call at the end of the day.

They charge 25% for the service, but it doesn't even pull 5%. A separate "attraction" is the manager or one of the staff constantly yelling and shouting across the room. The atmosphere is not like a restaurant, but a noisy bazaar. Absolutely no respect for the guests, no culture of service. For an institution that tries to pretend to be a restaurant, the level is catastrophically low. I don't recommend it to anyone: it's a waste of time, nerves and money.

But, in general, I do not recommend this particular branch. The minimum portion of fish that can be ordered is 600 grams (3 pieces). No one explains why you can't take 1 piece.
