I used to be a regular customer at Oblako, but unfortunately my experience over time has become consistently disappointing. As a foreigner, I cannot recommend this place at all. One of the biggest issues is the staff most of them do not speak basic English, which makes even simple communication unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, the attitude is often unprofessional and, at times, outright rude. There have been multiple occasions where requests were ignored or handled with visible irritation, which is not acceptable in any customer-focused environment. What makes it worse is that this behavior seems consistent rather than occasional. Instead of feeling welcomed, you feel like you are bothering the staff just by being there. For a place that attracts international visitors, the lack of basic hospitality and communication skills is a serious problem. Overall, the service quality does not match expectations, and there are far better places in the city where customers especially foreigners are treated with respect. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
