People sleeps in the car from the day before to get time. They never answer questions. Even if you come before they open, you don't get to see a person before they close. Everything is a mess there, no real queue system where you have a number, you sign up on a paper and hope everyone follows it. People standing in a half circle around the window the whole day to be sure they don't loose their spot
