I’d like to share my experience. The shawarma was served in warm pita bread, but unfortunately the filling inside was cold. It felt like the meat had been grilled earlier, then cut and stored in the refrigerator, which is not the right approach. After being stored in the refrigerator, the meat should be thoroughly reheated before being placed into the pita. If the pita is reheated before serving, the filling should also be hot to match. Another issue is the lack of proper ventilation in the dining area. The smell of food strongly lingers and sticks to clothes, which makes the overall experience uncomfortable. I hope these points will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of service.
