Очень нравятся панно в коридорах - красиво и внешне и по замыслу (над ними работал Бобур Исмаилов). В фойе (внезапно!) стоят "Волги" и "Чайки" в хорошем состоянии. С тех пор как перестал функционировать дворец спорта "Юбилейный", в Ташкенте не было ничего сопоставимого.

Новза как новза, что тут скажешь. Раньше была Хамза. Много магазинов и кафе, много людей и машин. Дворы на чиланзаре достаточно тенистые. Лифты в переходе над дорогой не работают. Ну а в целом мне нравится.
