Very bad service they not provide anything they promised in website. If you want to ruined your day go and talk to the person in the reception I never seen any rude person like him he is the best , whatever you ask he will tell this is not five start Hottel that’s it I booked 5 nights they not even once give me room service . He used to say she is not the owner of any issues you need to contact the owner but I asked him the owners number the he said if any problems complaint to me so I again give complain then he said he is not the owner 😂😂😂😂isn’t it funny. Better to find good place If owner or hotel administrator seeing this change your manager please 🙏
