Best hotel in terms of Location it has Prime center location with easy access to attractions and transport. I was overwhelmed with the Service & Staff as they are very attentive, and genuinely helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and flavorful dinner options with great presentation. Big thanks to Stephan who gave me the best recommendations for dinner , from the starter up to the dessert. Overall: a superb stay with convenient location, thoughtful service, and tasty dining.

I had a wonderful first experience at Hilton Bali, thanks to the exceptional service of Pandi at check-in. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed me and my family with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a truly positive attitude that immediately made us feel at home. She explained everything clearly, helped facilitate our lounge access, arranged our breakfast package, and made the entire process smooth and effortless. For a first-time stay, her support made a big difference and set a beautiful tone for our visit. Pandi’s kindness, attention to detail, and sincere care for guests truly stood out. She made our stay feel special, and my whole family was very happy with her exceptional service. Hilton Bali is lucky to have such a wonderful team member. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received upon our arrival at Kempinski. Special thanks go to Wasim, who was exceptionally professional, courteous, and supportive throughout the check-in process. Despite our early arrival and the short notice, he went above and beyond to ensure that our rooms were ready in a timely manner, and even surprised us with a wonderful upgrade , a gesture that truly made our first stay at Kempinski memorable. Wasim’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail left a great impression on me and my family. In fact, the entire staff we encountered was equally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s rare to feel this level of genuine hospitality, and it certainly set the tone for a great stay. Thank you once again, and we look forward to returning soon!
