The beef tartare and scallop pasta with blackcurrant were both bad. The tartare had coriander not mentioned on the menu (I can't eat it), and the meat wasn't fresh. The pasta was disastrous, it tasted like super sweet jam and fishy. Even the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc missed the mark, lacking its proper acidity and fruity flavor. Despite my hunger, I couldn't eat a thing.
