I’ve always enjoyed the burgers at Burger Embassy—they’re as good as ever! However, the customer support needs improvement. There’s often no one available to take your order, leading to unnecessary waiting. Even when the order is taken, it’s sometimes incorrect, which adds to the frustration. Additionally, the strong smell of cleaning chemicals (likely chlorine) is overwhelming and unpleasant. It seems like the cleaning staff overuse it, and the smell lingers everywhere. Another issue is that the door is often left open, making the place uncomfortably cold, especially in winter. As for the Mirzo Ulugbek branch, having it closed for cleaning during lunch hours is inconvenient. This could easily be done during off-hours to avoid disrupting customers. That said, the Minor branch remains the best—it’s consistently better in service and overall experience!

This place is good to call a restaurant not a book cafe. Books were just a decoration there
