Zero Stars !!! ⚠️ If I could give a negative score I would! This company is only after your money! Be warned!!!! I requested the quest in “English”. I saw that there was no mention of this on my booking confirmation and didn’t want any complications for my party. So I travelled to their location personally several days earlier and spoke with the staff. I was assured that all charges had been included in the price and that there would be no additional charges or issues. On quest day the operator of the quest Amir, asked for an additional fee for the preparation of a foreign language, which I of course contested. I had my booking confirmation and the staff’s personal guarantee that the price was correct. His excuse was that the person I spoke with shouldn’t have given me such a confirmation… and he insisted I pay him these additional funds. I was furious, I specifically went oit of my way to ensure this situation wouldn’t happen and He escalated the conflict instead of seeking a resolution. I asked several times to soak with management, but apparently only money will solve this company’s problems!!! To Amir’s credit he did allow us to have the full 60 mins and didn’t deduct the time we argued from the game time… Unlike many of the other quests available , there was no water cooler or tea and coffee available, Amir was happy to offer a drink (perhaps as some small compensation for the time he wasted, unfortunately a 50p drink doesn’t compensate for an unexpected 27% increase in price). In summary the quest we completed wasn’t worth the money we were expecting to pay and 100% wasn’t worth the money we did pay. I understand that Amir is likely only an employee and has to a limited ability to resolve issues,but the company was given ample warning of the situation and their lack of communication with their own management shouldn’t be forced upon customers as price gouging!

Wow! If you’re looking for a cozy place to meet friends and relax, play games or enjoy their countless board games… This is the place to go. The hostess was excellent and made coffee’s to order. I’m definitely becoming a regular here.
