While the store is a little overpriced compared to the market, they have virtually anything you may need, the staff members are incredibly helpful and won’t make you feel awkward by tailing you around, they’ll just ask once and if you decline their help they’ll just leave you alone. As mentioned earlier it is a little overpriced, however the friendliness of the store staff and the covenience of the fact that the store has so much varienty makes up for it. Works till 22:00, opens at 10:00

Absolutely terrible service. After we were seated it took them 20 minutes to take our order, the servers/waiters pretended not to see us wave at them or call out to them, some even outright ignored us. The restaurant closes at midnight on weekends, this was a Sunday evening, one of the busiest times at any restaurant, at 22:00 we were told that they dont have any more beef kebabs left, the two that they did have, arrived COLD, and later when we tried to order extra bread we were informed they ran out of that as well. Not to mention, they got our order wrong, and overcharged me for something we did not eat, I only noticed because i checked the receipt. The restaurant told us at the end of our meal, not the start, that we wouldnt be able to pay by card because their payment terminals werent working. The managers were present but were just walking around and passing by us without even asking if everything was satisfactory. Clearly the upper management doesn't care about how the restaurant is ran. The Restaurant is overpriced, their onions provided with the kebabs are have too much vinegar, to the point that it overwhelms the flavor of the kebabs. Honestly the place is a disgrace to the name of Turan and Chayxanas. If I am paying double the regular price of a kebab at a restaurant, and 10% service fee. I expect better service. At a different establishment, which I cannot name for legal reasons and because this review would get removed, we had the restaurant manager going to every single table to ensure everything was satisfactory and would seat us personally. I expected better. Never going to get a single soum out of me ever again. I wish I had photos to show but any photos taken here would only resurface bad memories, and the service, or lack thereof, ruined the mood of my partner.

Roun. D - A beautiful little café that is often overlooked and under advertised. The prices are a little high in comparison with other establishments, however this is a Korean mom and pop's style place and is very much worth the money. The owner's wife bakes all the sweets in the store. They use premium ingredients that are imported from South Korea or elsewhere and it really shows, the simplest and plainest of cookies there really just melt in your mouth. Roun. D exceeds all expectations and uses natural Boba for their drinks, their care for their products really shows and every bite you take brings you joy. They also have a pet cat that you'll occasionally see sunbathing outside the building. Highly recommend this café for everyone.

The absolute WORST KFC in the entire country. Every single order I have delivered to me, has something missing or the cola is leaking and spilled. Honestly this single store makes the Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise look like a joke. If anyone from KFC upper management actually reads this - please fix this issue as soon as possible.

This café/restaurant is one of the best places to come to for a great lunch or just to relax. The establishment is located relatively close to the city center and is surrounded by flower shops, other cafes and other shops. The staff there are incredibly kind and patient, the thing that I admire about this establishment is that it is a labor of love, the owner is almost always there and is ready to help out at a moments notice should you require it, the management is top notch. The reason I mentioned relaxation is that during the evenings they have a hookah master that prepares a great hookah and the food is made with great care. The tables and chairs are all soft and as its name implies, there are plenty of pillows of all kinds and shapes available for your comfort. It is also very important to mention that the establishment offers free wi-fi and there is a children's play area where they can have fun whilst you eat or converse. My personal favorite is the Potato and Chicken cooked in a home-style. The potatoes are soft enough to crush with your utensil, but not dry. The chicken is juicy and seasoned properly. The only part to improve in my opinion is that the knife offered is sharp and pointy, to the point that it could be a safety hazard, and that at certain points during the day the waiters/waitresses may take some time to service you, but that is expected of any establishment. Over all Podushechnaya is a great establishment build upon the foundations of passion from the owner and it shows.

The service used to be great, but then they changed a manager. Last time i went the utensils aren’t washed properly and when I asked them about it they’ll spend a good 5-10 minutes bickering about it before replacing it with more dirty utensils, as compensation for their unhygienic environment i was offered a single macron. I have not entered the establishment since. For a brand that boasts about its French origins, and having lived in Prague and Paris myself, this is an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately this was about few months ago and I no longer have any photos to back it up. Enter at your own risk.

The establishment is positioned in the wealthier part of the city, and while most customers arrive late in the morning or afternoon. I usually come early in the morning about an hour after they open. At this time b&b is usually not that well equipped, and some simple things on the menu will not be available. Today i ordered the “hunters breakfast”. I was informed that they lacked the ingredients to complete my order. Its amazing to me how something as simple as eggs and sausages cant be procured before opening the cafe. The cup provided was chipped and the three teaspoons provided for the tea were different. Mismatching silverware. One was of them were a “bonus” you get when buying boxes of tea. Absolutely terrible.
