Wonderful place. Clean,warm. Nice cafe on ground floor and there's bank as well,so I changed my money to Belarus money.Lovely staff. For the price of the room everything perfect. There's fridge in the room. I would suggest to bring a kettle in the room.

A nice cozy hotel with low room rates and cafe food for Minsk. It's not difficult to get there: there are bus and trolleybus stops nearby, and you can take the metro to the metro station.Mikhalovo/Grushevka, then onto trolleybus 53. We rented 1 room on the 10th floor in a two-room block with a shared toilet and shower. The room has a modern TV, lots of cupboards, a table, a refrigerator, shelves, soft beds, a large mirror. One of the disadvantages is a very uncomfortable balcony (without access to it), very polluted with pigeons. Thick curtains and tulle brightened up the unsightly look. You can eat in the cafe on the ground floor. Each floor has a boiler with hot and cold water, a coffee machine on the ground floor.
