I love this brand of cosmetics and do not plan to give up yet. But the service and competence of the sellers in this store leaves much to be desired. I purchased an ash-colored mechanical eyebrow pencil, focusing on the test pencils on the stand. In fact, I was given a completely different pencil in tone, but also ashen. The difference is in the numbers on the pencil 0.1 and 0.2. So 0.2 was a test on the stand. And we sold 0.1, which, as the seller himself admitted, was absent from the stand at the time of my choice. The solution to the conflict was considered to give me a test half-used pencil as a gift. This is the height of disrespect for neither yourself nor the client. I am dissatisfied with the service.
