I stayed at the hotel for three nights, above all praise! The service is excellent, the hotel is very atmospheric, new and beautiful. Separately, I would like to note how well handmade products fit into the interior of the room. But my special love is a muslin robe, a diffuser and fragrant water. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can order a choice from the menu, satisfying and fast. Now I will stay in Almaty only here :) The lobby has a pleasant bar and a restaurant with a large selection of food, there is even a koumiss bar. Super authentic and cozy!

Recommendation No. 1 in Almaty! The cuisine of the Turkic peoples is presented. From the very entrance, a hostess in traditional outfits and decorations adapted to modernity greets the appropriate interior. The decor and serving elements in the hall were reminiscent of nomadic life. A lot of handmade work: I was delighted with the plates, vases and ceramic cups. I really wanted to take the ceramics away as a souvenir, but, unfortunately, they don't sell the dishes. The menu also deserves attention. The waiter was attentive to details, talked about the dishes, how they relate to traditions, and shared his experience. We were shown a yurt in the backyard and told about the halls of the restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious, and we enjoyed it during dinner. I was very interested in the unusual bar menu and the service. A day later, we returned to the yurt once more before leaving. So impressed)

The shower is always contrasting, it is impossible to set it up normally. The water is hot and cold. There are few outlets, they are inconvenient and already occupied with all sorts of junk. The windows are broken, and if you open them, it's hard to close them. The air conditioner is either quiet or loud. Breakfast is for three, they don't know how to make shakshuka. In general, the classic is "we made it out of g and sticks, and we'll put a price tag like an adult's."
