Look, this is some kind of mockery, honestly...In order to send the parcel, I had to stand in line for an hour, and half of that time was outside in the rain, because more than three people couldn't fit in this closet! Moreover, you suck in the queue, and get a bonus in the shoulders of the boorish attitude from the staff. They won't tell you anything, they can only growl and snort! Thanks for not hitting me.

Terrible service. I came for an order (Holofiber filler, worth 17p) for a non-walking disabled person of 1 gr. She presented her passport and disability certificate. But they refused to issue the goods to me. At the same time, the employee said that she (the disabled person) should come for the order herself.
