It is difficult to find the branch itself if you are moving from the city center to the railway station. The presence of a sign does not save much, since it is not located facing the street and is closed by a neighboring house. The attitude of the staff, at 6 out of 10, seems to help, but there is zero activity for beginners, unless you ask them yourself, they are unlikely to smile and actively help. All the waiting took pre-registration, which must be done by myself, which the staff told me with a puzzled look. Misunderstanding: if I sent money from this branch by cash on delivery, then why can't I get money from any other convenient branch? You're the same system.

We usually had no problems accepting/sending the parcel. I got one employee (they didn't remember her full name, but she was a young blonde). He is an absolutely incompetent person, he doesn't even know where the children are registered in the passport. We didn't have any more conversations with this employee (meaningless), there are no complaints about the rest, everything is fine. The only disadvantage is that the Internet does not work, you have to go outside when creating an application for sending a parcel.
