There are queues, or sometimes I get to lunch and have to wait, it's logical) but the point itself works clearly. The staff will explain and arrange everything if they have any questions or help. The work schedule is comfortable, both my husband and I have no problems with sending and receiving parcels.

A great way to get the goods! I've been using it for over a year. Polite professional staff, almost no queues. The product arrives quickly and is easy to track in the app. There is a parking space nearby. The only thing that's a little annoying is that it closes for lunch from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. But I understand that employees also need to eat) Very convenient! I recommend it!

The staff is very rude. I couldn't pick up the parcel because they didn't accept my passport photo, although I was in a hurry to get the parcel from work. What difference does it make who picks up the parcel if it's cash on delivery? Paid for? Paid for. Does the last name match in the photo and in the package? It matches. An hour of time spent, the journey back and forth, the parcel could not be picked up.
