Good evening! I booked an artelak ectoin this morning, and arrived to pick it up within an hour. But, formact sold it. I was driving from Orlovskaya to Ubarevich and the medicine was sold 20 minutes before my arrival. Besides, I'm not late. I am very disappointed with this "customer orientation". 😔
