I should rate it 1 star, but i will be fair just because the place in the forest is nice. Our friends visited in november 2024 and they said it is wow! This is why we booked for May vacations. Food is so bad, they used to offer wine they stopped. Service is bad, they dont clean the rooms nor fix the beds, they just pick the garbage if it is full. The paid restaurant is so expensive and they have almost nothing, and not tasty at all. The pool area smells very strong chlorine which is very dangerous. The play area, bowling is not working, most of the games are damaged. Their disco has a very bad smell you leave smelling oil. In general, the new management ruined it.

It is a wonderful hotel special in summer . I was there this winter and even in winter it is gorgeous.
