I bought sneakers there, and when I bought them, they said that the exchange was possible within 10 days. It turned out that they were too small for me - they gave me size 43 EU instead of RU, and when a couple of days later I came to exchange for a larger size, they refused, citing the fact that they were already worn, no one mentioned it when buying, but then for some reason they remembered. The attitude is just to sell, then we'll get rid of it.
