I've been here several times, and each time it's the same: rudeness, rudeness, and an absolutely unacceptable attitude on the part of the staff. They completely ruin the mood and atmosphere even before the movie starts. You just want to relax and enjoy watching, but instead you're sitting in the audience with a lump in your throat because you remember how you could have been yelled at or rude just a minute before the session. It's horrible. It seems that employees are ready to turn to aggression, even to hit a person. This is absolutely wild and unacceptable. We are ordinary viewers, we came to pay for the ticket and have fun, and not to tolerate aggression from the staff. After all, they work with people, for money, and they should create comfort, not provoke fear and irritation. I kindly ask you to pay attention to this behavior and take action. Otherwise, no movie will save the impression of such a "service".
