Good evening! Today, on 02/21, I picked up 3 items at the pick-up point, refused two (one was washed and not presentable), put the girl on the table and said "two items for return", she punched me 2 items, charged me money and only then asked "are you taking 2 items", I say "one". Her reaction is "oh, girl, I wrote off the money for 2."I was at a loss because I put 2 items on the table for a refund and wanted to pick up one. She started being rude and saying that I had put the goods in the wrong place, that I needed to put the goods for return on the counter in front of her, although she asked me how many goods I was picking up after I had already debited the money.She didn't apologize, she was rude.I clarified aa's full name, she named something indistinctly, I asked her to repeat it, but she didn't repeat it. The name of the director, she did not give her name. I ask you to dismiss this employee. I asked her to show me the paper, the rules, whatever, where it says where to put the goods for return according to the rules— she said there was no such thing and that she did not have to keep track of all things. She's supposed to be watching. I've been going to Wildbury's for as long as I've been here, and it's been every week. There is a video of the conversation (without her face), where she is openly rude and does not introduce herself, she is obliged to introduce herself.
