Today, when returning the product in this PVZ, the girl refused to accept it. Arguing that there is a marriage (she clarified that it was not our fault that the marriage was such a product in itself, but she still could not accept it.) She issued a refund through her personal account, shooting a clear video for what reason they refused to accept the goods at the PVZ, the seller accepted the application and wrote that there was no marriage ,this is the appearance of this product . This is not the first time this situation has occurred, but it is no longer possible to remain silent. Due to the fact that girls are afraid to accept defective goods in their opinion, people have to spend time and nerves running several times to the PVZ and making an application through their personal account. Considering that it's the holidays and there's no time for that. We will raise the issue of returning goods at this PVZ on the WB site if the owner does not resolve the issue with his employees and does not inform which goods are defective and which are not. Why should people suffer because they are afraid to accept or don 't want to at all .
