I'm just thrilled with the pick-up point. Everything is organized at the highest level: fast, convenient and without too much fuss. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Orders arrive in perfect condition, and I like that you can choose a convenient time to pick up. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

As for the staff, it is difficult to assess, they are constantly changing, but they were mostly polite. The room itself is so-so, there is very little space in the receiving area and it is not very comfortable, there are also fitting rooms. It's a very small pick-up point, so you have to stand in line to check things or try them on. There are a lot of people here and in the season before the holidays you have to queue for 30-40 minutes.
