I don't know about others, but I'm satisfied with the work of the staff at this pick-up point. Somehow I specifically timed the time of acceptance and packaging of goods, you know, I was struck by the speed with which the girl worked. During the packaging process, she managed to deliver the goods to customers and answer any questions that arose. The girl is very well-mannered and correct. In general, the professionalism of the staff is respected.

I wanted to pick up the order partially, because not all the goods have been delivered yet. I wanted to try on some T-shirts and choose more suitable ones. The staff refused – either the return of the goods, which you do not pick up immediately, or you leave all the goods at the PVZ until the next issue. Complete nonsense. It was always possible to receive a partial order. There are no hooks in the fitting rooms. It's completely illogical and inconvenient.
