I would like to leave my objective feedback about the pick-up point, specifically regarding Natalia, an employee of the Pvz. When you come to receive your order, you want to see a friendly person, but unfortunately you meet a disgruntled person who greets you "through his teeth." The product is returned exclusively "by marriage", or through a personal account, I especially want to note that it is the employee who is constantly trying to find a marriage, creating the very impression that you went to the fitting room to make something dirty or tear (I think everyone understands what we are talking about). In general, the pick-up point is adequate, BUT the employee rather needs to find a place of work that is more deserted, since the skills of interacting with people are at a primitive level, which makes it impossible to occupy this position and competently resolve issues and situations.

Should there even be a lunch that disguises itself as a technical break from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. With this state of affairs, it is more profitable to order in Kamenets.
