I understand everything perfectly, but why would an employee of the pick-up point rush to the buyer with a question about payment when the order is fully paid? This, to put it mildly, is not entirely polite and forces you to look for another item, of which there are enough around. After all, the "pay immediately" item was not invented for beauty, or was it still for beauty?

My wife and I really loved this PVZ. No matter what is further away from home than the nearest one, we order only for it. A well-organized space. No queues even on the eve of holidays. Nice staff...... Was.... Until she showed up. An arrogant expression. Politeness is not a grain more than it should be. But I am always ready to discuss orders with clients. Even if her opinion wasn't asked. Today, 21.09. as usual, after the store, I drove to the PVZ. At 12:32, I saw a sign on the door saying "break 12.30-12.45." I decided not to move and wait in the car. At 12.47 p.m., the sign "12.45-13.00" was already on the door. An employee appeared at 12.55 p.m. and arrogantly began to tell me that she was making refunds. Then she went out to get some food. And at other health centers, girls generally go to smoke, but she doesn't smoke. And she came earlier. And let me let you go first. There was no banal "sorry". I advise the management of this PVZ to be more responsible for the selection of personnel. Such people spoil your image. It's still 5 stars.
