The Ozone collection point is also located at this address. There is 1 employee working at two pick-up points. Today I had to wait for my order for 25 minutes, but I still couldn't pick it up completely, because the employee gave me 1 product out of two, then started punching other customers' products, then asked me to wait 5 minutes and continued punching other customers. After that, he ran off to the Ozone storage plant, returned a few minutes later and continued to serve other customers who came in a steady stream. I asked when my order would be given to me, to which the employee asked if he could write down my number so that he could call later and give the order. I said I needed the order now. He sighed, paused, and muttered something like, "Now, your product is being watched on camera." After that, he continued to serve other customers. I waited another 5 minutes, left the first item and left, because it looks like some kind of mockery. In my opinion, such a scheme of work is unacceptable, especially during the holidays, when the flow of customers is huge. 1 employee at 2 different PVZ is physically unable to cope. The location is convenient, close to home, but what's the point if you can't get an order?

The girl in the street queue said the same thing an hour ago. Was that possible?! As a result, a young man showed up at almost 7:30 p.m. When handing out 5 items, one did not find it, said wait for now and began to serve the crowd that had gathered at the point. As if this is even the norm, at first I waited with my child for half an hour on the street, and then at the point of my order. She insisted on looking for my order, because I also took turns, what should I wait for until everyone is served, there are a lot of people. I didn't find it. I asked him to find me and then refuse, when he found me, I couldn't wait anymore, not to mention the mood. This is how sellers receive refunds due to the incompetence of the pick-up point employee. The mood is so spoiled that I don't even want to place orders on WB. And I wonder where the employee disappeared for hours?
