I've been renting cars from West Group quite often for exactly one year now. Very responsive staff who often meet you halfway. The time to receive and deliver a car is a maximum of 15 minutes — quite fast. Of course, there have been force majeure situations where the booked car is not ready for the booking date, but alternatives are always offered. The quality of most cars is excellent, I got a clean car every time. I will continue to use the services of West Group!
