The reception in the day time are lovely. Problem is when I call in at night to get the registration form, the guy hang up on me because he doesn't speak english. I then ask a friend to speak with him in russian. He made us wait for one hour for a simple form. I was tired and hungry at midnight. I would not recommend this kind of service. There is enthusiasm or empathy when it comes to your guests. The hotel room is nice but the reception needs to improve!

Очень понравился аппарт-отель, в номере все чисто, идеально, все как на фото. Постельное белье белоснежное, хоть у нас номер был с диваном раскладным, но спать было комфортно. В номере есть необходимая посуда, можно приготовить что-то легкое. В самом отеле есть кофейни, ресторан “Koza”. Отличная локация, рядом станция метро Балтийская и Балтийский вокзал (с Балтийского вокзала идеально добираться в Петергоф на ласточке, билеты туда обратно всего 123 руб.), огромная Лента в 1 минуте от отеля и отличный фуд-корт «Vokzal 1853”. Рядом шикарный музей РЖД, очень советую к посещению. Рекомендую к заселению и обязательно вернемся.
