As a foreigner our waitress treated us very rudely. The guests were kind and we met many new Russian friends. Maybe she just doesn't know how to be hospitable. The bartender was also ignoring the service asked of *us* foreigners. The service was bad and the waitress was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place for foreigners. Maybe they are only kind to locals. 1/5 stars.

Nice music, good value drinks and food. They didn't take cash, so you have to pay via card, so if you are foreign, you need a Mir card.

Хочу выделить работу команды в баре «Волга». Интерьер — мощно, настойки — разнообразно и вкусно, локация — 5. Да, в наш визит подвела кухня (долго ждали), и в баре ошиблись с коктейлем. Но! Как же здорово, что персонал не прячется, а с улыбкой и извинениями все исправляет. Ребята реально стараются, и это чувствуется. Недочеты бывают у всех, но такое человеческое отношение встречается не всегда,большое отдельное спасибо Вадиму
