Место, где водонапорная башня - самая высокая точка деревни Спасск. Бурение скважины и установка водонапорной башни было необходимо для совхоза «Кермисинский». Рядом с башней до 1992 года были коровни из двух корпусов, телятники, летняя дойка и вспомогательные сооружения.
