So, let's move directly to the core of the establishment, namely the kitchen. I was passing through Grodno, and my friends decided to attend a gastrofest. Accordingly, we made a pre-order and booked tables. What awaited us: -Salad "for peace negotiations" - Caesar: I note that the fillet from this salad is a little more tender than my belt, so you need to try to make a chicken. There were also treasured pieces. Cherry tomatoes are noted in the composition, the fact is that the usual tomato is 2/10 - Chinese salad with pork and vegetables. The pork tenderloin is a little harsh, overall it was the best dish on display. 8/10 - Pasta with Sunday sauce. The meatballs are very dry, the noodles are overcooked, and the addition of onions is debatable. I recommend working on the meatballs, 6.5/10 will do in general - the red wine lasagna was a surprise, shortly before the reservation I came across a tiktok video where the author claimed that there was very little meat. In my case, on the contrary, I wanted it not to come across, it has a very strange taste. The serving is generally not bad except for the cheap tomato paste. I recommend making the lasagna juicier, I'm not sure if it had bechamel sauce in it. 2/10 - orange tiramisu is a well-soaked sponge cake with cream, it's a bit difficult to call it tiramisu. But in general, there were no negative emotions. 8/10 Seth's idea is good. But the implementation was disappointing, yes, undoubtedly the price is attractive, it is necessary to comply with the food standards, but in my opinion the institution has forgotten that the task of the festival is not only to earn money, to receive orders. But also to introduce this traffic to the institution, having won over it, for further orders. 70% of mistakes are related to production, in order to give the institution a second chance, it is necessary to work on cooking at least meat products. I do not recommend visiting this place, at least at the festival.

I really liked the carrot mousse, which was served with a piece of brisket that was just perfect in the proportion of fat and meat (the sauce was slightly too aggressive, but we will not write down the disadvantages). The salad was very fresh, not only in relation to the condition of the vegetables, but also in terms of taste perception. Light, not stuffy sauce. Pine nuts successfully played in the salad. Dessert generally gave pleasant associations. It has a very pleasant texture, especially for the cream. The cream is gentle. The dishes are really interesting, it can be safely called a gastronomy. I also really liked the music and the sound quality of this very music from the speakers. In Grodno, we are generally lucky to have a good, non-cringe music.escort. The place is high. The toilet turned out to be clean, with normal sinks. 5 stars honestly and deservedly, in my opinion. (The quality of the photos is not very good, and I managed to pick up some dishes before the photos :D)

Vinyl Bar — an atmosphere that is addictive! We visited this bar with friends last weekend and were delighted! "Vinyl" is the perfect combination of style, taste and music. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail: vinyl records on the walls, soft dimmed lights and cozy relaxation areas. I especially remember the author's cocktails from the menu — the bartenders are real masters! A separate plus is great music!The service is fast, the staff is smiling and ready to help with the selection. If you are in Grodno and you are looking for a place for spiritual gatherings or a romantic evening, Vinyl is a must! We are already planning to return here on our next visit.
