We especially recommend this place to those who lead a healthy lifestyle and take care of their health. Since you have to climb a mountain to get to the villa. Taking a shortcut will help you improve your health a lot. That's what we were going for. In five minutes, if you walk fast, there is a sandy beach. The magnificent modern Marnero Beach is located 15 minutes from Villa Mimosa. Well-maintained toilets and showers are available. The path to the beach passes through a shady alley with plane trees, cypresses, magnolias and palm trees. Nearby there is a transport interchange and a final stop, from which you can go to the market and to the city center. You can cross the road and take a minibus to the Kyn dyg thermal water resort. We have just returned from a vacation in Abkhazia. We lived in the villa Mimosa in Sukhumi. The accommodation was booked back in November last year in order to get to Villa Mimosa. We had a rest with a child, the room was huge, two-room with a large kitchen, which has everything you need if you decide to cook yourself. I really liked the villa, there are a lot of plants in the courtyard, and there is also a beautiful shared veranda with a fantastic view of the sea and the city. There is a sandy beach within walking distance, if you want to visit the city center, then there are two stops of public transport, which runs very often. Also, if you wish, you can go on an excursion or a jeep tour, the transport comes almost to the courtyard))) The hosts are very friendly people, and when we left, we said goodbye to them as if they were our own people.

Good afternoon! This is the fifth time we have rested at the villa! The view is gorgeous, the sea, floor-to-ceiling Windows, what you need!!! There is a great area with chairs, swings for relaxation! We lived in different rooms, even the standard view from the window is really bombastic. Each room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, toilet and bathroom.All rooms overlook the sea! The rooms have their own relaxation area, where in the evening, sitting on the sofa, you can admire the sunsets. There are fitness equipment for sports. For those traveling by car, there is a private parking. Special thanks and thanks to the polite and helpful administrators Alla Ivanovna and Sergey Mikhailovich! Any issues were resolved immediately and positively.Well-being to all and prosperity to the hotel! We will definitely come back!
