Great hotel, we had 12 days. Beautiful ocean, snow-white sand, delicious food and pastries, well-groomed territory. The beach is cleaned of algae every day. Entertainment programs in the evening. There were minor problems with the room (weak water pressure and the key card was buggy, huge cockroaches entered the room), but all this completely blocked the sun, ocean, nature and a great mood. And yes, the old buildings and part of the territory are no longer in use, but this is Cuba. Just nature, the sea and the sun.... You need to go to other countries for the service... They don't know what it is))))

This is our first visit to Cuba. We chose one of the most budget hotels. We didn't lose money with this hotel. We got a room with an ocean view, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water in the room. In general, everything was fine with us. There were wonderful performances and shows every evening! There is a snack bar on site around the clock (you can get a sandwich or French fries), and the main bar also offers drinks at night. We had scrambled eggs in the dining room in the morning, and different types of meat, liver, and fish for lunch and dinner. Of course, a queue forms here, but you don't have to stand, but choose something else from the menu on the tables. We tried everything, I can safely say that we have never been hungry and we all had enough. There is a shortage of plates, but they are washed and taken out very quickly. I would also like to mention that there is a very tasty cheese! The territory of the hotel is large, there is billiards, there is a gym. The beach is clean, there are a lot of free sun loungers! In the evening, after the performance, the disco begins in a separate place, a little away from the hotel. The hotel staff greeted us and conducted us in a very colorful way, with drinks and music! The most important thing for traveling to this country is only your positive attitude!!! There is no need to compare it with Turkey or Egypt. Of course, there were vacationers who were constantly unhappy with everything, but personally we had a 100% rest and are going to return to this hotel.

This is the second time in Cuba. But this hotel is the first and the last. For the first three days, nothing was served for breakfast except omelets and cabbage of various kinds, and for lunch rice with chicken. And so it was for three days, until the Cubans arrived! And even with the race, nothing much has changed, we have expanded a little. There is no variety in food at all. I don't say anything about sweets at all, on the same Varadero, we overeaten them, well, it can be considered as a holiday, and there is no choice either. There is no animation, that is, we can say that it does not exist at all. In all hotels, they always carried out charging by the pool, but here there is no charging at all. We went to a nearby hotel, they did well there. They had a real team working at the pool.They're all dressed up, and they're the ringleaders.The situation was completely different there. In the evening, the performances are so-so, and there are practically none. There have always been no problems with shampoo or gel in the room in all hotels. And then, as soon as we settled in, there were 2 tubes of body lotion and 2 pieces of soap. That's all, they didn't bring anything for the entire 13-day vacation, they took the shampoo with them, because when they asked the staff, they said they didn't have any. This is trash, of course.the bathroom suffers, the toilet is constantly leaking. The beach is dirty, the algae is not cleaned at all. We saw a tractor a couple of times, but it didn't do any good, it felt like it was passing by for visibility. The water itself is certainly good, if you move away from the shore decently. And finally, the attitude of the staff towards the Russians is disgusting. In general, I do not recommend this hotel at all. The impression of the vacation was unsatisfactory.
