Заказал букет маме, розы не простояли полдня, цветы и лепестки начали вянуть и опадать. На моё сообщение в ВК ответили, что не так воды долил и не так подрезал. На резонное замечание, что рядом стоит второй букет роз из другого магазина и вполне себе бодр и красив, опять начали рассказывать про то, что я неправильно всё делаю. Отвратительный сервис и розы.
