Heating system doesn't work + water leaking in apartment + broken handle of the entrance door . staff doesn't want to cooperate and refuse to talk in other languages only in Russian even if u do talk to them in russian they give u vague cold answers like an angry girlfriend ( pay to have problems )i honestly don t recommend

I recommend it. It is a tidy, clean and beautiful hotel. Their office is located on the tenth floor. The staff are friendly and quick in service. It is suitable financially. The metro is located about 700 meters away, but there are buses on the main road.
