I came to this place for the first time to try the basal volume procedure and correct my long-standing haircut model. Inside, everything is neat, clean, and in a modern style. The manager, a friendly girl, suggested that I take off my outerwear and sit down, as I arrived a little ahead of my time. A few minutes later, Master Natasha, also a very nice girl, came out to me. We talked, I explained what I wanted, and Natasha got down to business. I didn't even expect that anything decent could be done with my hair, but Natasha succeeded by 200%. As promised, she made my life easier in terms of creating hairstyles at home. I'm just absolutely thrilled!!! Thanks a lot to Natasha! Now I can no longer worry about my hairstyle, it is always in order, and the advice and recommendations that gave me valuable experience. Thanks again, and prosperity to your salon!!

I came to this salon very accidentally: I wanted to get a haircut without an appointment, and the master was free at the Vanilla salon. And I am very glad that this is exactly what happened - Alla made me a wonderful short haircut, ennobling my carelessly spread hair)) to be honest, I'm not sure that many other masters would have cut my hair in a way that I really liked, but here it turned out great! As for the salon, the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff form a warm attitude towards this institution, and the positive emotions of visiting leave a high probability that you will return there! At least I'll be back there for sure)

Good afternoon! ☀️ I am very pleased with your work! It is clear that the team is close-knit and cheerful, each master communicates with each other on equal terms, helps each other and is always smiling. Customer orientation is at the highest level - the receptionist offered tea/coffee while I was waiting for the master, suggested where the toilet is located and where you can hang your outerwear, was polite and kind. Master Natalia, from whom I had a haircut and monochrome coloring, was also kind and polite, suggested where I could leave my things so that they would not interfere with the process. While washing my hair, I was uncomfortable with the sink going back down and my neck getting numb, but the master suggested switching to another one and everything was fine, thanks a lot for that! ☺️ During the coloring, and even during the haircut, the master carefully handled the hair and told where and when to turn her head to do everything beautifully and carefully. I am satisfied with the work of Master Natalia, and the work of all the staff. Thanks to the high-quality and excellent work of the master, I received many compliments in my direction. 💗
