There are no disadvantages. Some advantages. Very convenient location. In order to enjoy the place, you don't even have to leave the house. It is enough to sit by the window, put your head in your hands and "hang", thinking about the beautiful and eternal. We stayed in winter. They thought that all the beauty of the place would be "eaten away" by snow and ice. But we were deeply mistaken. The house is decorated inside and out in a New Year's style. The owner puts his soul into the house. And this applies not only to appearance. Everything is well thought out and equipped inside. We were greeted, everything was explained and shown. Usually staying in a rented apartment there is always a feeling of " someone else's " apartment. Sometimes there's something wrong here, sometimes there's something different than you're used to. Here, we didn't even remember for a second that we were visiting. There are enough dishes, the house is warm, the beds are comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Everything is clean. I was especially pleased with the bathroom. Spacious, comfortable. The plumbing is fresh and serviceable. The house is equipped with all necessary appliances. There is a gazebo with a roof next to the house. We even rode it in winter. There is a barbecue and a place to make a fire. In short, now I really want to come here in the warm season and look at all this beauty in the greenery. I highly recommend it.

Starting from the meeting with the owner, I liked everything! A festive atmosphere has been created to welcome the guests! Cozy, comfortable. Everything is in its place. There is everything you need and even more. It's expertly equipped. A quiet and beautiful place. There is a great desire to return there.

A great place to relax by the lake. Quiet and peaceful and practically in the city center. The Town Hall is a 10-minute walk away, and the Nesvizh Palace is the same distance along the lake shore. There is a cozy gazebo in the courtyard with a view of Lake Devichye, if you approach the shore you can see the Castle Lake, the palace and the Church. The house is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. A warm and friendly host. I highly recommend this manor.
