I evaluate the besh specifically. First of all, the price. It is very democratic, it must be understood. The dish itself is average in size for a hungry man, it may seem a little small (the little ones can eat together, of course, but a hungry trucker from this size will laugh). I took it from horse meat, I was given 2 pieces of kaza, which was not chewed, apparently it was cooked very little. The meat itself was a little dry, which, in general, is solved by dipping in a good sour cream. But the surpa here was like chicken broth, it did not have the characteristic fatty coating from the cooked kaza, which indirectly indicates that the Kaza was cooked somewhere separately. The dough was delicious, and the sourpa tasted more like the dough boiled in it than the smell of meat or pasta. The onion was well steamed and not overcooked, it crunched, but it was not evil as it should be. The liquid kurt was not served. Bottom line: for a budget option, you can have such a lunch, for example, as a business lunch well. But this, of course, is not a festive nonsense by all canons. Nevertheless, given the inexpensive price and pleasant surroundings, I'm betting 3++. If the boss reads it, I hope he will understand that it is better to put a price of 4000 but do it well.
